Communication Skills

At the conclusion of the seminar, participants will be able to develop communication strategies appropriate to specific situations, recognize when to use different methods to be effective, demonstrate an awareness of their audience and be able to design an appropriate message. There will also be a discussion about good listening techniques and exercises designed to illustrate the importance of effective listening.
