Randy Willis, CEO

JRW Associates was founded on July 1, 1991. As a long-standing insurance industry executives, JRW was troubled by the observation that employers were not getting the customized employee benefits advice they needed to get the solutions that best fit their specific needs. On one end were captive agents buckling under the pressure of selling products to meet corporate quotas. On the other end were small companies that lacked access to the full array of solutions that could help businesses meet their needs at competitive rates. Randy’s vision — which remains true today — was to build a great organization that focuses on the specific benefits and insurance needs of their clients, and works tirelessly to deliver the best solutions at the most affordable rates.

Through close collaboration with UBA’s extensive network of over 130 partner firms, Randy is able to leverage collective knowledge, wisdom, and experience to best advise our clients, ensuring that they have access to the best benefits the market has to offer.

Randy has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry with an emphasis on cost containment in the age of Healthcare Reform, with specific expertise in alternate funding and strategic risk management. Randy is also a Certified Health Consultant (CHC), with full understanding of the healthcare industry, allowing him the ability to effectively communicate legal obligations. His goal, as always, is to apply knowledge gained from years of experience in the industry to promote the long-term success and profitability of our clients.
