Understanding Personality Styles

Why do people react so differently to the same situation? Your ability to communicate with another person is only as good as your understanding of that other person. This workshop is designed to help participants determine their own personality style and recognize the personality styles of others. It includes tips for motivating, delegating to and coaching different styles.
