Managing Conflict

Differing opinions in the workplace can cause conflict. This workshop is designed to provide an understanding of some of the elements that contribute to workplace conflicts and some strategies to help to diffuse and resolve conflicts. Participants will be provided with tools to help determine their preferred conflict management style and guidance in determining the appropriate style to use in any given situation.
